V 3.2.1 won't accept my ID and password

I had problems getting Xpress 3.05 to burn, came on line here, and get directed to the 321 FTP site where I downloaded 3.2.1.
Today, I tried to activate it, but kept getting and error message (200) something about my using id and/or password for another product.
I called Cust support, and one of the fellows walked me through the phone activation. It didn't work, so he had me uninstall Xpress, and then re-insatll it. He said to call back if it didn't work. It didn't.

I called back and the second fellow couldn't figure out what was wrong. Suggested that I go to the 321 download site and download again using my email address and password. Did it, but again it won't activate.

Cust support guy suggested I contact Tech support and gave me a 636 #.I asked the cust support guy if he could get me through to Tech support since the problem seemed to be on 321's computer's part, and he went off and when he came back, That was when he suggested downloading again.

I haven't been on the forum for a couple of months (possibly longer) and can't remember what I can/need to do to get a message to Jeff. Can you give me some advice?

ok did you delete the file 321 studios in the program folders when you uninstalled.
did you reboot after that.
can't remember but when you go to register you have a choice of e-mail, customer id, and something else with your password added below.
i know i goofed a couple of times and put in e-mail address in stead of customer id number. give it a wack, also ask customer service how may activations you have left.

PM 321_w00t he will take care of your problen,give him your user id and/or password and e-mail address...and explain your problem as above...
go to the top of the page and input his name in search...and open a thread,look for his name and pm him...

thanks for the message. I did pm 321/Q_A yesterday. I also filled in the survey form 321 sent to me about the problem I'd contacted them about.

I know how hard you guys tried to help us idiots last August, and it still shows. I see that level of support at 321 now. It is really encouraging. I know how hard 321/Q_A worked, but there just wasn't enough of him to go around. Now it looks like there are many cus support folks on the job. I find it a real (and hopefully lasting) improvement. I will tell 321 the same thing, but much of the credit has to go to you on the forums for all of your hard work. My personal thanks. I'm sure Jeff will fix my minor problem.

I have the same issue and need help with activation. I loaded the upgrade software for DVDXCOPY Express, and was able to activate it. I made some hardware changes to my computer and then tried to run the program and it asked me to activate it. I tried and my attempt was rejected each time. I tried to call support, waited but no connection to a operator. I was calling from Korea and could not wait too long. The call cost me a long distance charge. What can I do to activate the program. Thanks in advance.
