Just some advise. You've advertised to us consumers about the speed of Platinum. It hasnt changed any from xpress or any older product. I would like to say that Platinum is one of the best products out there. It is in no way a speedy process as advertised...It's a little misleading to keep advertising. Recommend removing the speed comment. It is in no way a fast read process. Keep up the good work.

I like that it's not a fast read process. Reduces the possibility of errors. But, if it's advertised that way, then, removing such advertising would definitely decrease the amount of customer complaints on the subject. And, better to cap a problem before it starts.

The length of read time has increased from 20-30min from Ver 3.1. and 3.2.0 to 45-55min in Ver 3.2.1

This is a long time. Too long.
I have not seen any decrease or increase in errors. It just takes longer to do the same thing it already did before.

I hope 321 Studios addresses this issue and makes the read stage faster and more efficient. Makes splitting a DVD take 2 hours or more to complete!

Yes, I, too, have noticed it taking over an hour to read in a disc under Platinum. I just switched back to DXC regular and Xpress regular due to this and other issues, most noticeably that the software is not a ready for prime time player.
