I reinstalled my copy of DVDXCopy Platinum because my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall my operating system. You can imagine my surprise when I was informed that I exceeded my number of log-ons (7). This would have been mt third log-on. My license ID is xxxxxxxx and my PW is xxxxxxxx. You helped me once before with this same problem. I hope you can help me again.
