DVD X Copy Platinum or xpress is trying to write information to an invalid location. You need to change the location of your Temp Path. Create a new folder on the C: drive and name it for your backups( say movies). When in PLATINUM or XPRESS set the TEMP PATH for the folder you just created (C:\movies). Make sure the folder is on a hard drive with at least 10Gb free space.
