I've had my copy of dvd x copy platinum for several years now. I have had to install it a few times in my old pc due to getting viruses and had every program deleted. Now that I have a new computer, I've tried re-installing it by entering the cd, the license number, and given password. My problem is that it asks for another password when tries to connect and I cannot get that second password at all. It reads that I've used the alloted number of activations for this license. What can I do? I'd like to continue using my dvd x copy, but can you tell me how I could go about getting that second password or registering it again? I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanx so much.

see if they can help ye

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
