Team Members:

Everything since purchase (05/03) went as advertised then I started seeing these
errors pop-up cancelling the program when reading my DVD. 40% - sometimes up to 90% then cancell. I deleted 3.0.1, errors started at 2.5, and went back to original
version from purchase CD. Still exact same
errors. I even started deleting most of my DVD Editors/ Utilities (Studio 8, WINDVD Creation, Nero Express) ...no change.

Can someone kindly get me back on track.
I welcome all technical advice. My OS is XP Professional.

Respectfully,

gemini2,
You're in the wrong section for problem solving Express. Not many of the 'Team Members' and others traffic this section.

Please edit your post and remove your email address. It's against forum rules only because we're trying to protect you from email harvesters.

I'll try and help, but it's somewhat obvious that something on your system is conflicting with Express that wasn't there before.
I would go into Start -> Run and type in: msconfig and disable everything under the start up tab. Also, make sure your Internet Connection is off and disable any Virus protection software..

If you have further issues, please post in the Express 'Problems using the software' section.

Thanks,
Conrad
