Hope you can answer this question. Back in March of this year I requested and received a new activation set (3 of them) for my Gold edition (DVDxCOPY and Express) which was purchased and originally activated (by phone) in January of 2004. Unfortunately, circumstances intervened and I only got around to trying to use them today. I'm getting the dreaded (7) error msg, activations exceeded. Before I go and request another set of activations, is there a time limit to when I can retrieve them, or is something else going on? Thanks

321 studio is closed for four years,
try your luck here

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.

Sorry, should have explained that the March activations were received using the method you describe.

The question is whether there is a period of time when I can retrieve them before they are marked as expired. 30 days, 60 days, forever good? Since almost 6 months went by before I got around to trying to activate I'm hoping the answer is 'Yes, there is a discrete period of time in which you need to retrieve the activations' as opposed to 'No, they never expire and you've got another problem.'

Thanks
