Hi there
please help....i installed the product xpress on my destkop ....i really want to have it on my labtop instead of my desktop...i tried to uninstall the product from my desktop and trying to install it on my labtop...it is always giving me the same message...( performed illegel operation..if problem persist please contact your vendor) please help me...cause i am really disappointed ...i had never burned any dvd !!! since i got the product !!..

You installed Express on one computer and now you want to install it on a laptop?
Did you try Express when you had it on your desktop computer and did it work there?

Also, please, could you list your laptop specs.

the programm did not work on my desktop...my labtop is Dell latitude C600.Pentium III...20GB HD...800 GHz...windows 98...please help...

These are the BARE MINIMUM system requirements for DVDXCopy:
"Pentium III 500mhz with 128mb of RAM or better- Windows 98se/ME/2000/XP"
Please take note of the memory requirement and the O/S should be Win98 SE.

Also, there have been problems with a USB 2.0 device trying to run off a USB 1.1 port. At this point I don't believe you have a USB 2.0 port on that laptop. I can't seem to find the specs for your Dell to postitively say that you don't have a USB 2.0 port, but I'd suggest you find out in your documentation.
