I did a factory setting restore on my hp and I installed DVD Express version 3.2.1.0, but when I went to register, I got this message?
(100) The register verification was rejected by the server, Please try again or Contact Tech Support.
What does this mean, I have had Express for almost 5yrs.

resend a ticket, their servers were down for awhile so they mave have not got it.

forget it dude that's a 321 stuido version, and dvd international owns the activation servers now so anyone who didnt buy from them is cylindricaly wedged.

I got my reset to 3 - from International, but I am still getting that error, any clues

One time it actually told me that I had used all my uses, now all I get is

make sure you are using the right password, if you ever registered your program here http://www.dvdxcopy.com/ use the password you used to sign into that site, do not use the one that came with your program anymore.

not sure why Ireland wants me to do another ticket, have not used the resets they gave me yet, it wont activate

if you have the same email address you always had then try here, see if you have the right password. Also make sure all firewalls are off when you try and activate.

Followed ireland idea, and I got the show and dance of how I am eligible for an upgrade, for only 85.00, I am not going to pay for this again. Just going to use the free stuff - DVD X copy is not worth it.

No idea, they have been swapped with activation requests, just make sure you send all the info they are requesting to help speed things up

i have this problem too, i just got the software and bought it through the site dvdxcopy.com and it doesnt activate i get the same error The register verification was rejected by the server, Please try again or Contact Tech Support. i contacted dvdxcopy.com for help but they never reply. i used the license id and password they gave me but they dont work. please help i really want to use the program.

the only place you can get the program is from international,com as they own the 321 server..that sets the activations,,no one else selling the product has the Activating keys...
thats why i said you got ripped off...

I'm having problems re-activating DVD XCopy Xpress. I purchased it from 321 Studios when they were still in business. My HP recently crashed and I needed to reformat the hard drive and re-install all programs (incl. DVD XCopy Xpress).....HELP!! What do I do to get this program back up and running?
