I have DVD/CDRW and DVD Burner. After installation, the first burn worked great. DVD was in the DVD/CDRW, blank R+ was in the DVD burner. Since, the software refuses to recognize the DVD burner. The temp file will still be created from the DVD/CDRW but fails to burn. It doesn't even recognize a DVD in the burner to make a temp file, it must be in the CDRW.

I have done multiple uninstalls and the software will not prompt for the License ID and password as it did on the first install. So something is not uninstalled... i can't find it.

Any ideas?
