Does anyone know how to reactivate this product when the online server responds the number of activations for this product have been used?

I've had WinXP PRO issues that were successfully resolved by MS, and had to reinstall the product. Now, I can't get it to work.

Note: This offer is only valid for existing customers with a License ID and activation problems.

We are not the former 321 Studios or dvdxcopy.com. We do, however have a large quantity of the pre ban software. It is our hope and intention to build confidence in DVD X Copy software, so that we can continue to sell our remaining stock. For those of you who have a valid License ID for DVD X Copy Platinum, Gold, Xpress or the original DVD X Copy software, we are providing a replacement or upgrade at a special discounted rate. We realize you may have already spent $60-$150 and were disappointed with software that was not supported or would not even activate. This replacement/upgrade will activate and be supported, or you get a full refund.

You may select the Platinum v4.0.3.8 (with ripper) $50 as a replacement/upgrade. When you get to the buy now contract you will be asked to enter your coupon code. Please enter your valid DVD X Copy product License ID. This will allow you to proceed to the purchase page. If your License ID does not work, let us know and we shall see what we can do. Each License ID will work for only one purchase.

This special price is only being offered to people who have previously bought the software and are now facing difficulties with activation. You must have your previous License ID in order to qualify for this special price as you will be required to insert your previous License ID during the purchase process so that we can validate your order. If your License ID allows you to go to the next page after inserting it in the coupon code field, you are eligible to purchase the replacement/upgrade and can make your decision to purchase at that time.

Forgot your DVD X Copy License ID? Click here

I'm formating my disk next week sometime as I have to replace my hard drive. I will need to reactivate my programs, DVDXpress, DVDXcopy, & Gamesxcopy. I have my passwords & ID for the programs. Am I going to have to buy the program again in order to get them activated. When I went to the DVDXCopy International I was told I had 0 activations for DVDXpress & 25 activations for GamesxCopy. I don't know what the situation is with the Xcopy as I could get no info for that program, but like to keep them both as a movie that won't copy on one will almost always copy on the other. Can I use available activations for one program on a different program? Everytime I go to the www.dvdxcopy.com international site the support for the USA is disappearing & reappearing. Is it going to be around long enough for USA customers to invest in the product again? Or will we all be asking for refunds? Thx China
