Hi, has any 1 made a working image of UT2004 in a virtual drive? i can't get mines to work, I keep getting this message; Conflict with Disc Emulator Sofware detected. See www.securom.com/emulation for more details. every time i click to play the game.
i know u can't copy securom 4.8 to cd but i thought u could back it up to a virtual drive. i've bought UT2004 in a PC DVD-ROM aswell as Farcry its the same PC DVD-ROM it works fine its safdisc v2..
pls let me know if any1 has been successful in doing this.. Thanks all

The newest SecuRom will detect virtual drives and shut the game down if it finds any. Try uninstalling any virtual drives one by one until the game will run.

I made the image from my orignal PC-DVDROM
and the new update to gamesX 1.2.2 still don't fix the problem with secrom :(
It is already over 90 days since last post to this thread, you're not allowed to post here anymore.
