I'm calling Monday morning and cashing mine in.
I love their other products, but this just does not work. I can do the exact same thing with nero, or a half dozen other products (and that is make backup cd's that won't execute).
Maybe someday they'll perfect it. But for now, get your money back before your 90 days is up!!!!!!!

well you can backup DVD wiht nero to,and better, you dont need Any product of 321 , plus out there are like 10 Software to backup you dvd for free
It is already over 90 days since last post to this thread, you're not allowed to post here anymore.
