To be able to Copy any safe disk 2/3, you need a CDRW-R burner that can handle EFM
Have a look here,

to see if your burner is listed and up to the Job..
Alcohol 120% - Can correctly encode EFM
Alcohol 50% - can almost correctly encode EFM ( Bypass EFM Errors may need to be used depending on Safedisc Version )
Alcohol Free - Cannot encode EFM

You may also, come across Securom 4.8
No CD writer can make a perfect 1.1 copy, how ever with just a little click, you can come dam close.
Again the right combination of software & burner,
Not sure if I should mention the software, so I won't, but if you click the Hyper link above, you will not have far to look :)
Also search the Net for a Copy Protection Identifier,,... clonyXXl is a good one
