Does anyone know if they are going to fix the ATI video card problem. It really upsets me knowing that I spent good money on a program that sounds good but doesn't work. I'm really dissapointed. I can't return because I bought it online so I'm kind of stuck with it. I do want it to work so I can get to backing up my vhs collection. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

My computer keeps freezing or computer restarts itself. Win XP and ATI 9800 pro and ATI TV Wonder PRO. 512 RAM and 2.8 Intel CPU.

One would think that 321 Studios would try and fix this problem ASAP as ATI is one of the top two largest video card makers in the world. Not fixing the problem simply means that ATI owners SHOULD not buy DVD X Maker. ATI owners please stay away from this product until all ATI problem are fixed.

Clearly 321 Studio loss.

They STILL have not fixed the problem. I spoke with a tech rep yesterday about this exact same problem and they are still clueless about what is causing it and how to fix it. I wish I had read these forums PRIOR to purchasing the program.

If you are considering buying this program - don't. Until they fix the ATI problem and I am sure there are others - just we can't find them since it just gives us an ERROR and we can't proceed in to the program and how it works to capture video / transfer to hd / burn dvd etc...

This is a real stinker for us ATI users. :(
