i just bout a DVD burner and i try to activate the dvdxcopy software and i get noting .
it say the registration information was rejected by the server.
i had the same problem befor which i did contact u and Ur response was that i cant activate it with out the DVD burner.
now i have it and still the same problem.
i purchased this software from u online in 09/2005 and i still trying to activate it .
what can we do to resolve this issue?

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
