I only want to copy DVD's to my HD, not to a new blank DVD, but I can not figure out how to do it. Can someone help?

Get AnyDVD works in the background to automatically remove the copy protection of a DVD movie as soon as it's inserted into the drive, allowing you then to copy total movie to your hard drive.
Works with all DVD-drives, regardless of region code
You may download and evaluate our products for free for a period of 21 days. After this time you must register the products to continue using them.
Do you perform the copy within the AnyDVD program itself? If so, I suppose I should have bought that instead of DVD XCopy.
Thanks!

no!
your will need clonedvd to copy the movie to disk..as anydvd works in the background only..
with anydvd running ye use Windows Explorer to copy movies to your hard drive.
Some Features
* Works automatically in the background
* Removes encryption (CSS) and region code (RPC) from DVDs
* Removes analogue copy protection (Macrovision)
* Removes features such as forced subtitles and warnings
* Decrypts without the need to save the data onto your hard-disk
* Decrypts 'on the fly'

So I guess that DVD XCopy was a complete waste of money then.

Rember that dvdxcopy 321 studios is closed and Robert Moore pass on to his maker.
at the time when it came out it was worth the money it was the first to be able to copy movies..WITH EASE.
now the program is to old and has not been update in way over 3-years.
other programs came out that are 100% better and are updated to keep up with with the new copy protections.
Any one buying dvdxcopy now is getting ripped off as it seen its time and can not copy the new movies..for the pass 3-years
cheers
