I had to clean virus off PC by unistalling serval programs and tried downloading anti-virus program that made things worse, now I am getting this error message:
the instruction at "0x00439d62" referenced memory at " 0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".
How do I clear this off without having to download another so call anti-virus program?

if platinum caused this a uninstall reinstall will fix it..
if that does not fix it,it was cause by something ye uninstalled after the virus..

The error that you are getting is a Microsoft issue. You will have to search their knowledge base to get the answers you need on how to fix this.
It is already over 90 days since last post to this thread, you're not allowed to post here anymore.
