I though it would be a simple case to buy software that says on the box, backup, copy DVD's. I bought DVD X Copy xpress. I have a dvd burner and blank dvd's. I cannot get past the stage of getting the files onto the PC. It will not burn to DVD. Am i missing something or is this software not quite what it is cracked up to be?
Is there something I have to do after it is on the pc and before I try to burn to DVD?
Thanks

Not sure what to tell you. I have DVDXCopy Gold and havent had a problem.
Make sure you have room for the movie on your hard drive. I do believe you need enough room for the movie on your computer to go any farther.

i hvae xp pro 80 gig of space and USB connection for my external dvd burner.
I wanted to copy a couple of movies as my daughter has already had one of her Dumbo dvd's start to jump. We have only played it 8 times .
I will try again
thanks for saying it works for you. I am sure it is a problem at my ens and not with the software. Just wondering if there are compatability isues with certain hardware or software configurations.
Thanks

Sorry, but this thread really isn't in the right place. We host the official DVDxCOPY forums here :
