Since I have installed Platinum, nothing but PROBLEMS! Reads the disc fine-then says 'burn complete' and nothing has been burned. To make matters worse, I uninstalled it and reistalled Express--now, when it gets ready to burn, I get a Windows error message!! What's up?? I have NEVER had problems with 321 software before--now I can't burn anything, even with reinstalls. I have cleaned out registry, deleted 321 file etc. HELP!!!
