The manual included in the installation is BLANK. How can I get a Manual?
Also:
The version I have (purchased via Element 5 in August 2006) - is 3.0.0.1
How can I get an Upgrade?
Pls Advise - & THANK-YOU in advance...

dvdxcopy was not sold in 2006 if sold its a crack version..and that is why it does not have the Manual and the upgrade will not work..

Well - time for me to start the process.
I have the software boxes & invoice.
(BTW: I see that your user guide demonstrates features - like the video chapter "preview" - that mine doesn't have. That's one of the reasons I'm so interested in the upgrade.)
WHOOPS! - WAIT A MINUTE:
I see "Element 5" in your list of 'Stay-Away-From(s)!'
I wish I'd known of this site a year ago (instead of discovering you so very recently).
Since "element 5 - a digital river company" was the 'vendor' & "dvdxsoftware" the 'sw co.'- I guess I'm out of luck!
Heck, I'm such a newbie...
First uncovered DVDX Platinum via a site called DVDCopySecrets (if I broke a rule by mentioning, my apologies & pls delete. I just mention as a warning to any who pay attn. to such sites - & a lot of other such sites raved so positively about DVDX Platinum a year ago.
Heck - I'm bummed: hate being 'burned' (& the box & discs - incl. Video vault - look like they're from a legit co.)
Keep up the great work at afterdawn - & thnx ever so much for your assistance.
