After many failed attempts to get it to work, I visited this forum so much that it almost became my life to get the software to work.
Not to mention money - a $99 program caused me to purchase a new burner, new O/S, new DVD player, and in the end - a new computer.
It still didn't work. Months later, I'm getting emails about Platinum, so I decided to visit this forum once again.
Whaddaya know? Several versions later, people are still having problems with this buggy software, and still being told that it's got to be something about their configuration.
Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!! And now it's even suggested that this program be installed under Window's SAFE MODE? You've got to be kidding me - what's next? Don't take it out of the box and just make believe it works?

There is no need to start a new thread. Post in an existing thread.
All 321 software, even DXCP, works perfect for me.
BTW, there is nothing wrong with installing a program in safe mode. I do it all of the time.
