Just purchased platinum, had problems getting it to recognise my burner, but it did eventually (I didn't do anything, it just eventually found it by itself).
Anyhow, managed to get one burn successfully done, but with another couple of discs, it reads the disc and then says that there has been a read disc error and the whole process grinds to a halt.
The same discs burn just fine with xpress.
Does anyone know what is causing this or is this software (I have the latest version) just too buggy to be sold right now>
Also, does anyone have a response to my thread elsewhere: http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/51733 I am at a complete loss to understand why dvd x copy does not recognise my burner anymore when gearworks is selected - it used to work just fine!
Any help would be much appreciated.
