I bought Platinum and am suppose to use the second disc to bypass using the codes. Its says installation complete. When I try to use the backup program, before it opens it want license codes "inside the case". The case and CD does not have codes. I have email CoolClicks with may response, but they are "use the white CD (2nd Disc)". I'm getting NO WHERE!! HELP

sorry we can not help you with cracks which CoolClicks sells..
they sold you junk...you got ripped off..
