I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER, RE-INSTALLED THE OPERATING SYSTEM, AND NOW I CAN'T ACTIVATE MY DVDXCOPY. I HAVE THE PROGRAM I PURCHASED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY LICENSE ID/PASSWORD. I WROTE TO THE SUPPORT LINK I'VE SEEN ON THIS SITE, AND "ALICE" KEEPS TELLING ME 321 IS OUT OF BIZ, AND TO GO BUY "DVD NEXT COPY". I LIKE MY PROGRAM, IT NEVER FAILED ME IN 3-4 YEARS I'VE HAD IT. PLS HELP ME ACTIVATE MY PROGRAM.

with out a password and license,no one can not help you here..
look into clonedvd and anydvd 20 day free trial on both programs.give it a shot..
Thank you for answering, I just found my ID/Password late last night; when I tried to open the program, it says: the alotted number of activations have been used for this license...anything else I could try ?

what that means (allotted number of activations have been used for this license)
is the activating server is shut down until ye contact the below.
do this
USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
i would use the programs i posted for you,as thats what we all use

Thank you once again, I did create a ticket, hopefully they'll help me now.
I bought that clonedvd before I bought dvdxplatinum, I have nothing good to say about it; it was really a reason to find another program. I don't know much about the other one you suggested. I would like something as reliable as dvdxplatinum, but at least twice as fast...I would be willing to pay for that, if you know of any ?

clonedvd must have anydvd working in the back ground,to work property...that was your problem with clonedvd..anydvd removes the copy sony protection and can copy all movies out....and more..dvdxplatinum 40415 with anydvd can copy all movies out,no activations period or download.
dvdxcopy can only copy pre 2003 movies.. and can not copy sony movies

They answered that their servers are down,
to try checking my ticket in 24/48 hrs to see if they have an answer; however to go try DVDnextCOPY...and merry christmas?
It's been 3 days, I have a feeling they're not answering my ticket...any other suggestions? pls help.
