I have been trying to reactivate my software. I keep getting the same exact message from an Alice everytime. The servers are down. Try again in 24-48 hours. Here try the new software. How do I get around this?

The message I got was a standard reply. The bottom of the reply even said "Merry Christmas". I am well versed with other countries traditions, but I know of no countries celebrating Christmas in May. :') I was just wondering if you have to have so many requests in before they reactivate. This is NOT a pirated copy. I bought this at an electronics store in 12/2003, for 149.99. I just lost my hard drive in the summer of 2006 and need to reactivate.

we do not control activations here,
they do
USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
Click here to start the process to get reactivated

Sorry Ireland, I was just asking your opinion from what you have seen before regarding activations. Sorry again.
