I have spent too much time and money on the worthless tech support recommedndations to resolve the no burn issue. I have followed each suggestion and also have performed every step that was provided by email, and still the program does not work, and to further my aggrevation; none of my pervious version have also topped working after the upgrade to platinum

They will be releasing an update to Platinum sometime soon to resolve some major issues. They always come through with resolving these problems.

I know that this is true, because until platinum. I was DVD X Copy greatest fan. I am not any less supportive; Just PO'd
