WHEN I TRY TO ACTIVATE MY SOFTWARE I GET A MESSAGE THAT STATES MY LICENSE ID AND PASSWORD HAVE REACHED THE ALOTTED NUMER AND WILL NOT ACTIVATE. I BOUGHT THE PROGRAM AT AMAZON.COM

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
How long does this process take. I have been waiting 2-3 weeks.

I get the same response on my platinum. I haven't loaded it 7 times though. My computer crashed and had to reload everything. I purchased it in 2004 from agsolutionspc.com but they must have gone out of business. Do you think this other site could help me?
