I haven't found any software that will recognize the capture device that came with my Pinnacle Studio 8 Deluxe. Any idea if X-Maker will see it? It seems to be a proprietary device. If there isn't an answer, is there a demo to see if it may work?

I had similar question under everything else threads, seems to be a lot of interest in putting analog video onto dvd.
So far the opinion is x maker will not recognize the pinnacle capture board. I thought it (pinnacle) was the best even after reading some reviews.
My question now is whether 321 is going (or can)
make x maker so it will recognize the pinnacle capture board.
