Platinum upgrade

concepts Newbie 6 Sep 2003 11:49 PM	Hello, P4 1.7 Sony Geforce 3 Ti500 512 megs I am a registered Gold Customer. Everything worked great for a week or more, dozen of kids movies backed up... Upgraded and downloaded Platinum tonight... SELECT DRIVE --> NOTHING IS THERE <--- ALL BLANK - not even my CDR Start up RESCUE X Select DRIVE from INSIDE RESCUE X All drives appear Uninstall Platinum Reboot Reinstall Platinum Reboot Select drive selection from PLATINUM menu NO DRIVES available?? HELP!!
Conrad Inactive 8 Sep 2003 9:47 AM	concepts, In the Platinum folder find a file named PcSetup.exe and click on it. It should look like this: http://www.webalink.com/x/files/PcSetupCorrect.jpg If nothing's in there either, over-install Platinum right over the top of your existing Platinum installation.
