Problem: When I choose the settings above I end up with an unreadable disk in and DVD Player, PC or Set-top box (Tried 4 different ones).

You did not say if you wanted 6 Ch , DTS or regular 2 Ch English Audio. You need to click on the link below & choose the one you need:
I separated the Audio tracks because all together they take up nearly 1.5 GB`s of space. If the 6Ch English is what you need , then that saves you nearly 1.2GB`s of compression & unneeded tracks. Better video too on your disc!!
