As soon as I start installing ver. 3.0.2 it says 'Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\321Studios\Xpress\Xpress.exe'
It also comes up with no drives to select. I have updated my firmware.

What version were you using before?
Did you uninstall that version before installing 3.0.2

I did get it to install. Tried to back up 'Charade' but got this error:ERROR(WriteSector) Failed: Code 04 09 03 [HW error, Spindle servo failure] or I get this one:00406920: WARNING(OPC) failed: Code 03 30 01 [Unknown Medium error]
00406920: ERROR(WriteSector) Failed: Code 03 30 01 [Unknown Medium error] or I get this one:00406920: ERROR(WriteSector) Failed: Code 03 0C 00 [Write error] This is getting really old.

Look, I'm tired of "spoon feeding" these troublesome upgrades. I installed and uninstalled, moved, shifted, etc. I have retired DXCX v3.0.2 to the 'Upgrade grave yard" where it belongs and where it will remain while I wait for the next corrected upgrade. I've re-installed v3.0.1 and I'll continue to ride with that (works fine). Please, no further suggested solutions accepted for v3.0.2.
The older I get the better I know how to utilize my time.

Giving the "Devil" his due:
I checked and found my registry had 488 incorrect entries so I flushed it, rebooted and re-installed v3.0.2. Works like a charm. Sorry for the hit guys/RHM.
The older I get the better I know how to utilize my time.
