I recently had to resinstall WinXP after a hard drive crash. After reinstalling from the original CD's I bought I was asked to enter the License ID and Password. I know that the software is no longer "officially" supported but I was wondering if there are any options for me getting this program working. I purchased DVD X Copy and had version 3.2.1 although a while back I had downloaded the update from the official website which changed my version but I am not sure what version it was changed to. That doesn't matter though now since I am trying to reinstall from master CD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If anyway has access to the registered programs database my program was registered after I purchased. Thanks!

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
