I just purchased and installed it. The computer finds it and recognizes the drive. Everything looks good but when I went to play one of my kids dvds it didn't work. Should I be able to play Disney movies or any kind on the drive. Do I have something with the cables connected wrong?
Anyhelp would be appreciated.
