new install but activation used up!?

kidfaith Newbie 29 Nov 2006 12:42 PM	I purchased DVD C COPY Xpress from TigerDirect well it's probably been a copy years ago now but I never installed it. This last weekend I finally installed it on a new computer I just got and when I tried to activate it as it says I must I get this message: Activation Failed (7) The alotted number of activations has been used for this license. As mentioned I never activated this before so how do I get it to work?
