Hello Ireland, DVDXCopy Chief Moderator,
Got a problem, I first became acquainted with DVDXCopy Express with the purchased of a Lite-On burner, loved it so much I purchased DVDXCopy Platinum 4.38., since that purchased my computer has crashed and had to purchased a new one.
Here’s the problem, I can’t get my software to activate on either of my discs’ . Went on line, the system found my old email address and stated that it would send it to me, but I am not at that email address anymore. I have emailed tech support but haven’t gotten a reply. What can I do?

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)also giove them your new address,watch they will try to sell ye another program..its up to you to buy it or not!
Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
