my computer crashed for the umteenth time. I purchased a new one, but when I try and install my dvdxcopy xpress and put in my id & password, I get the message "the code and password have been used 7 times" and I can't continue. is there anything I can do?

YOU CAN TRY THIS...WATCH THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YE ANOTHER PROGRAM..
USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.
