license id & password

dperk1956 Newbie 21 Nov 2006 8:31 PM	my computer crashed for the umteenth time. I purchased a new one, but when I try and install my dvdxcopy xpress and put in my id & password, I get the message "the code and password have been used 7 times" and I can't continue. is there anything I can do?
