bought my copy of DVD X copy on 5/23/02. Your Web page stated that you get a free download of DVD X copy express. When I tried to download the express I was not allowed. I called customer service and complained. They basically said that is your problem and they were useless. I paid $99 for your software that doesn't function properly. I had previously purchased DVD copy plus. You now have my money for two products that have many bugs. I want my money back or the ability to download the X copy express as per your advertisement. I sent you an EMAIL 2 days after I purchased your software and the EMAIL was ignored. I will refuse my credit card charges. I went to a link I was directed to. I hope this is now on the DVDXcopy support forum

This forum is not 321 customer support. If you want a refund you will have to go through the official channels.

If on the other hand you want some help getting your software to work you have come to the right place. Post your problems and your system specs and we'll see if we can help you.

As far as getting your free download of DXCX, let me email some one and have them come talk to you.

Please be patient.

Send me a PM with your License ID and email address, and I will look into it for you and see why you were unable to download DXCX.

I can also get you in touch with someone in order to get a refund, if that is what you want.
