Well, I did everything you asked me. I send a copy of the purchase receipt, I send a copy of my legally bought software product. All without any success. The only thing what is suggested is to download a trial of a new product(?). How will this help me? Probably somebody else is trying to "earn" some money by selling another product to victims of the 321 company. Or does somebody have positive experiences with this so called "DVD X Copy Chief" who is answering most of the questions posted here .....
After some weeks I still cannot use my legally bought program because of a lot of installations with the same license id and password. Who can provide me with excperiences?

i do not work with dvdxcopy international..
you got screwed as the rest when 321 studios was forced to close..
and i do not use there product..as it not as good as the free stuff i am sending you to..
321 stuff is history..move on..
if they will not activate you,we can not help as they are the last man on the poll...
all i can do is sent ye to free and paid solfware to use.as that is the solfware we use..

Ireland,
The big advantage of DVD X Copy was/is that it is very simple to use. Therefore I mainly used DVD X Copy Xpress. Can you advise me which program (freeware or shareware) is comparable with that instead of sending me a complete list of all kind of websites and program links

xpress can not do all the new movies out..
the below can do 100%..
this is the best out..and easy to use,try it for free for 21days..
go back to the link and download...both..
look at clonedvd and anydvd..
