I wrote tech support several times concerning problems I was having and got no response.I however got a quick response when I asked for my money back,Within 12hrs of e-mailing them I recieved a no response to my request under the grounds of recieving a mail in rebate. This is how they can offer such a great return policy. The web site did not give me the option of paying full price and keeping the return policy intact.I have copied several movies and about 50% of them work the way they should 25% of them will only play on the dvd writer that created them and 25% of them are trashed dvd+r disks. However if I copy the same movies with ***** and they all work fine.I also like hp's dla and this program forces me to remove it from my computer to run it! I say again this program and the tech support absolutely s#%k.

Bull156,

you are of course entitled to your Opinion,
And thousand's of other satisfied people must be wrong.

Its a shame * for you * that the program did not work the way, you wanted, if the program works fine straight out of the box on *lets under-estimate the number * 80% of computers,
then it stands to reason the fault, must be in the other 20%.

It could be, con-fig, media, software conflict's, hardware conflict, or even, fairly seldom admitted, User error.

in your case who the hell knows, but what I do know is if you went to the Appropriate thread,
Set down you trouble, in a proper manner, with your System set up, then their are a hell of a lot of nice people who are only to willing to help you.
Thats what these forums are all about, :)

And before you come back with the I know all about computer's, I have been building my own for a thousand years,
In that case you should have known, to use DVD + R/W when trying any type of copying, until such times you are happy

I do hope you get it sorted, because it is a great little program..
