Hi.
My question is the following: When I try to unistall DXC from my computer, it wont uninstall. The progress window during the uninstall process gets to about halfway and then stays there. After a few minutes (5 usually) I do ctrl,alt,del and in the little window its says that the unistall is "not responding". This isn't a first time thing with me, everytime I want to uninstall DXC it's always the same thing. Can anyone help?

I'm assuming that the DXC installer works properly (no installation error messages) and that it works correctly once it's installed. If that assumption is true then this is an odd problem.
Could you give us some of your computer specs, namely OS, HD size(s), burner and reader if you have one, any other CD/DVD burning software and anything you can think of that might have an influence on this problem.

The program might not have installed completely the first time. Try reinstalling it over itself. If you have no install problems, then try uninstalling it. If you have an install problem, try to redownload first and then installing over itself.
