Registration problems

Hi
i have had dvd x copy for at least a year but i just installed it and when i try to register online it says invalid server response. when i called the register by phone number its was not dvd x! how do i register?

USE THIS TO SUMMIT A TICKET TO HAVE THEM TO RESET YOUR ACTIVATIONS
YOU MUST SUMMIT YOUR Email, (the e-mail you used when you registered)Customer ID, License ID or Invoice No. along with your Password.
And proof of purchase like a receipt and a photo copy of the box and program cd disk.
And where you bought the program.

Im not trying to reset anything! i never registered! thats the problom. and i dont have a proof of purchase, i purchase it at least a year ago.

there is no place to register your product..

as 321-studios closed there doors over 4-years ago..

but try the net for a copy..most are activated with a crack..and not the real thing..
