help with version 1.5.2 DXC, sound goes in and out when playing back?

marcos77 Newbie 19 Jun 2003 12:19 AM	Hi, I've noticed that when I backup my dvd's and play them back on my player I sometimes can hear the sound fluctuating from high to low. What went wrong and how can I fix it? I burn using the default burn engine, if I use external nero it doesn't work, but it used to work on my older version of DXC. I have a sony dru-500A burner. Should I try upgrading to DvdXcopy Express? And has anyone else experienced the same problem I'm having with the volume going in and out constantly? thanks
Conrad Senior Member 19 Jun 2003 2:39 PM	marcos77, This problem has been posted before. I understand the solutions to be change media brands and watch your burn buffer carefully. If the burn buffer drops down all the way to the left you'll have, at a minimum, a problem with audio and maybe a problem with the video. Also try playing it back on your PC with WinDVD, PowerDVD, Windows Media Player etc. and see if the problem also exists there.
