I found one ref. to this error code in the forums, but no reply. This first DVD I did went fine, then 3 with this error, one more had the same error but worked. Never have got it to work again. I removed all the suspect programs and dissabled other stuff. As the system has two DVD burners I tried just using one. DMA etc is fine.

Tried that, then read about just using one. So I moved one dvd burner to another pc. Still get the same error "Driver Error"...

Has this been from the begining or something that has just started? What ver of DXC? Have you tried reloading Gear driver in the 321 folder? More info. on system,media

System: P4 1.6G, 256M ram, Win 2000 Prof.
DXC: Latest version
DVD: -R
Problem has been since the second DVD burn. The first one went fine, none since.

Has any thing been added to P.C after the first.Do try and play original on p.c with PowerDVD Or WinDVD?As far as media -R,what brand.Some movies come with player software on them was any of this loaded on,Interactual player is one I see alot.This pops up when you load the movie,always cancel.Have you tried unistall DVD in device mgr.then reboot and let windows install it,you said you had two burners on there at one time but now you don't.
