we've got 5 users on our family comp, and were having problems with the program for a couple weeks.
my dad did something i think maybe re=installed it on his side but it's now working for him and not the rest of us.
for most dvd's it will read perfectly well get all the way up to 100%, but when it comes to writting it, the moment yo press the button for it to start it imediately says completed. even when nothing has happened?
has anyone else had that problem.

that a user computer problem,not a program problem..as the software is working for your dad....
