I was trying to copy Beauty and the Beast (Disney) and it only copied the previews and not the cartoon. Does any one have a solution for this problem?

Besides this minor problem. I am very happy with dvd x copy express. Thanks 321 studios!

Hi Erata, Board,

New to the board. I too have problems using DXCX with Beauty and the beast. First 2 times I tried to read it, Stopped at 99% with just 9 seconds to go, then got an error titleset message? Then on the 3rd try, like Erata, It seemed ok. but when i played it back realized it had only backed up the previews.

Also on Disney's Snow White, the disc is watchable, but the audio, and Picture kind of get quickly choppy in bits. Maybe it's just a problem with Disney DVD's?

Otherwise I have had no problems with DVDcopy Express. I have backed up 7 other DVD's flawlessly.

Anyone know what's up?

Thanks!
David

I can verify the problem with Beauty & the Beast using Xpress. I've already reported it to 321.

I can say that you can back it up sucessfully with DVDxCOPY.

As to Snow White. I have backed that up w Xpress. If you are seeing choppy video, I'll bet something is running in the background during the burn. Make sure nothing else is running at the time.

Disney's movies tend to be more troublesome due to the way they author them. Don't know why.

Mwillett,

Thanks for the info. I'll try Snow White Again. Guess I will wait for PLATINUM before I try Beauty again.
