At the top of page,PROBLEMS&SOLUTIONS
IF POSSIBLE post this-state your problem in detail,and input you computer info,operating,system,etc.
name of burner etc,and the ver-of xpress or dvdxcopy you are useing::::::of course you
can word it a lot better then i.....
if you note we ask this a lot!!!!!WOULD SAVE TIME....
this sure would save a lot of time helping the folks,and help you with the info in hand to help you to help the folks...
