Getting locked out of the program after 6 times ?

rolo Newbie 18 May 2003 8:27 PM	Can Someone tell me why you can only use your ID & password 6 times ? were does it say that you can only use it when they say you can ? I thought I'd paid $70 to use it as many times as I want ? the download has been a pain in the ass from day 1, I've uninstalled and formatted my drives a couple of times now to try and sort the problem out, now they wont let me open the program again coz its been used 6 times ? is there another way they aren't telling me ? HELP !!!!!!
Lawman Senior Member 19 May 2003 7:21 AM	rolo, I'm sure all it would take is a polite email to customer service Explaining the situation, And they will reset you activation.. I've done it myself!! a few times..

madyaks Senior Member 21 May 2003 9:45 PM	I rebuild my computer at least once every other month and have had to go through "phone" activation ever since my activations ran out. It sure would be nice if 321 could do something for "power" users who reformat often.
It is already over 90 days since last post to this thread, you're not allowed to post here anymore.
