it is taking forever to navigate thru these pages and i am using broadband. can anything be done about this?

if u are using xp and have updated your windows have a look for Q811493 in your add/remove and if it is there remove it.

already checked all that stuff, it's only this forum that is slow. i am not the only person that has mentioned this.how fast are you getting from one page to the next ? ireland said about a minute , close to a minute for me as well.

I can confirm that everywhere else my computer and cable modem are sreaming fast. Here at the forum however things are sooooo slooooooooww. But I persevere because I love it here.
They can have my DXC when they pry it from my cold, dead, fingers.

Yes, this site has slowed down to a crawl. I, too, have a cable connection, and it is usually screamingly fast. On this site, however, it reminds me of the speeds I last saw when I still had dial up.

TRY MindSoft Utilities XP 7 it has speeded my connections up like a bullet...
