I have tried to access the update to DVDXmaker. The download produces a file 32161.exe but the installation warns NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:0f96 IP:0115 OP:636b204f72 Choose "Close" to terminate the aplication.
can anyone tell me what this is all about? I do have a choice of "Ignore" but am concerned about the potential for damage.....

That`s strange because every time I open DVDXmaker I get a pop-up notice that tells me that version 3.0.0.0 was released on 5/13/2004 and that my current version is 2.0.0.0. I click on Update and get 32161.exe put in my Temp files......

the server is putting out bad info, just block it with your firewall from going to the net.

Ok will do. But I am now puzzled by the references to updates by others on this forum?
